Capital Deluxe is made by anonymous Japanese manufacturer in ca. 1960. An identical meter is marketed also with names Kopil, Kinox and Stitz. The Japanese light meter industry was a mysterious one. Nobody seems to know who manufactured what, because Japanese had a complicated system of subcontractors and different brand names. It is even suspected, that there may have been only one or two factories who manufactured all the light meters.
