The Vistascreen viewers were manufactured in the early 60s by The Vistascreen Company Ltd. (16 Soho Square, London). They manufactured in red plastic or ivory and folded for compact storage. Were priced at 1 / 6d (7.5p in today's money) In general, the degree of 3D vision derived from these viewers was good. The images were provided in booklets, each of which contained 10 different views (cost about 2 6d and 12.5 pence in today's money). Weetabix (Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northants) also made a promotional version and presented slides with your breakfast cereal. It was exactly like the standard viewer, with the exception that Weetabix had the name engraved in gold on the back of viewers. Vistascreen items are becoming more collectible and prices have risen significantly over the past two years. Measures Viewer / Glass 4x11
