Brass lenses are clear and clean, no scratches or dust inside. Even the hood of the rear lens which seeks the focus is very particular with two round holes like a telescope. In one of which is the mark Murer The shutter shoots well at all speeds, the diaphragm works as it should. With the camera is focusing screen and two plates and a bag size 45x107mm. Teodoro Murer was a camera designer based in Milan, Italy, which manufactured cameras with a company called Duroni. They sold under the names cameras and Salex Murer. In Sweden, the cameras were sold by Hasselblad, and in France by Gaumont [1]. Duroni company was founded by Alessandro Duroni (1807-1870), c.1835-36, as a trader of optical instruments [2]; Murer joined the company in 1892. There are several photographs of albumin in galleries Murer & Duroni accredited as photographers [3]. Since the original Duroni had died before he arrived Murer, this credit must be for the company or for later Duroni. Alessandro Duroni himself has accredited several photos, including Guiseppe Garibaldi and Vittorio Emmanuele II of king of Italy from 1861 to 1878.
