The Canon EOS 10 is a 35mm SLR autofocus introduced in 1990 [1]. The name of the model was EOS 10S in the Americas and EOS 10QD in Japan. There was a metallic silver commemorative version introduced in 1991 to mark the number 35mm camera Canon sold 60 million [2]. The improvements over the original EOS cameras are a newly improved autofocus sensor. Focusing modes include One-Shot AF for moving objects and AI Servo AF for moving objects. It is able to detect and automatically switch between autofocus modes. The shutter is 30 sec. to 1/4000 sec. B. X-sync at 1/125 sec. Similar to the EOS 750 has a built-in flash with a guide number of 12 (ISO 100). Uses a lithium 2CR5 and weighs approximately 625 g body without battery.
