Cub name also used for a small plastic chamber 828, made for a marketing promotion in the United States. The Coronet Cub is a rather simple view camera made by Coronet in Birmingham, England, in several versions, from 1939. Each has a plastic body with a telescopic front springs. Cub models have a collapsible frame viewfinder, replaced by a tubular visor fixed in 1948 in Anastigmat and Flash models, and later a viewfinder built into the top plate.
