9x12 German or Austrian stereo camera, manufactured in 1920, possibly manufactured by Industrie Camera Austria. The wood and fabric camera has a viewfinder bright guy at the top. A slotted rod to be drawn to one side choice of two openings. Shutter speeds can be selected with the pointer (T, B, M) [1] metal slides allow expose both halves of the plate simultaneously and create a stereo image, or allowing to expose only half of the plate. The camera was distributed by Bing Werke AG Nürnberg as Fitax 1. [2] [3] It was also distributed in Switzerland as Mecum.
