The TDC Stereo Colorist was introduced in 1954 as a competitor in the market for popular Stereo Stereo Realist. Both Stereo Stereo Colorist Colorist like II were manufactured in the 50s in Germany Bodensee Kamerawerke for Three Dimension Company, a subsidiary of Bell & Howell. They are designed to use 35mm film color reversal (slide). The image format is 23x24 mm, el'5p '(ie, five film perforations 35 mm) used in the Stereo Realist. Both models have three elements Rodenstock 35mm f / 3.5 lens Trinar.
